Trained Staff
Every one of our Clubs has a core staff of trained youth development professionals to provide guidance and supervision, and serve as role models and mentors.
Club staff who work with young people are youth development professionals.
Their first job is to develop positive relationships and serve as role models. Above all, youth development professionals help young people become responsible, productive, caring citizens.
