According a recent TaxWatch study, overall achievement levels in terms of learning gains in reading and mathematics for Boys & Girls Clubs members, was greater than that of their peer reference group or the state student population
Get Involved
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County seeks sponsors and volunteers at all 5 of its Clubs. Whether it's your time, talent or treasure, we encourage you to become involved in impacting the lives of children. Volunteer opportunities include: Coaches, teachers, tutors, readers, listeners, chaperones and mentors. All volunteers must complete a volunteer application, including a local law enforcement check. Do Something 101
From now until August 31st join Staples in putting school supplies in the deserving hands of our Boys & Girls Clubs kids. Local teens can collect school supplies and drop them off at their nearest Staples and store customers can donate $2 at check out with 100 percent of the proceeds coming back to our local Clubs!
