Facts & Figures
In the hours after the school bells rings, violent juvenile crime soars and the prime time for juvenile crime begins.
Peak times are from 3-6 p.m.. These are also the hours when children are most likely to become victims of a crime. (National Institute of Out of School Time 2007 Fact Sheet)
